Is the end of printed newspapers near??

The end of printed newspapers is nigh refers to a "new study from the Annenberg Center at the University of South Carolina for the Digital Future, which predicts the end of printed newspapers in the United States within the next five years." Given the evermore ubiquitous use of digital devices and the ever shrinking size of printed newspapers coupled with more and more newspaper stories moving online the end is most certainly nearing, but just how soon remains to be seen.

Doxpop adds 50% more courts providing increaed access to Indiana's trial courts!!

Doxpop has added 50% more courts, counties, and cases to the Doxpop network. We now provide information on over 19.8 million current and historical cases from over 249 courts in 77 (of 92) Indiana counties.
This is made possible by a recent decision by the Indiana Supreme Court. On September 13, 2011, the Court issued an order (.pdf) requiring that public information from the state-operated case management system ("Odyssey") be made available, for a fee, to authorized bulk recipients (such as Doxpop) in electronic form.
Doxpop has begun to receive Odyssey information and is integrating it into the Doxpop database and website. For the next few months, the information will be updated monthly, and we are working with the judiciary to provide near real-time updates in the new year. In the meantime, you'll have access to the additional historical information for over 7 million cases from 108 courts in 35 counties.

Given that cell phones are ubiquitous now and many people have ditched landlines altogether LookUpACellPhoneNumber.com is a great part free, part fee resource for locating a person if all you have is their cell phone number or name. It offers free searches by name and reverse phone number which yields fee based options to get more details. Also, the reverse phone number search only yields the name of the cell phone provider (i.e. Verizon, Sprint, etc.), but that is particularly useful if you are seeking to subpoena the call log records.
